Abbey Dash 2023

Maltby Running Club is pleased to announce that our next race is the Abbey Dash. This race counts towards the KMR series. Course is slightly different this year due to ground conditions but will still be the usual short, sharp off road run complete with tree roots, stepping stones, kissing gates, mud and of course a lovely view of the iconic Roche Abbey.

When: Wednesday 5th July 2023

What time: race starts at 7pm

Entries: on day only

Registration: Maltby Catholic Club, Millindale, Maltby S66 7LE. Registration opens at 6pm.

Cost of entry: £5 for runners with valid England Athletics competition registration; £7 everyone else

Restrictions: Minimum age 16 years. We regret that due to the nature of the terrain the course is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Prizes: First 3 male/female and first M/F runner in 10 year age categories.
